PRK Technologies GmbH is a leading supplier and distributor of MPS products. Our modern headquarters and large warehouse, with a capacity of 6000 Euro pallets, offering 5000 different types ranging from 4mm to 40mm in diameter and lengths up to 400mm in various grades, including 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, and 14.9.
Advanced Plating and Heat Treatment
To ensure top-quality surface treatments, the state-of-the-art plating plant at MPS offers oxidizing, zinc phosphating, and electro-galvanizing with white, yellow, black, and green passivations, along with hydrogen embrittlement removal. Our four in-house heat treatment plants use Continuous Heat Treatment Line.
Tool Room and Custom Solutions
To maintain our competitive edge, our manufacturer has a well-equipped tool room designed for die production. It features lathe machines, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, milling machines, and drill machines. We excel in producing special fasteners tailored to customer samples or blueprints, setting us apart from mass fastener manufacturers.
